PyroDesk End User License Agreement
Effective October 24, 2026
This End User License Agreement governs authorized use of PyroDesk, the private operations workspace provided by Pyro Productions Inc. for its personnel and authorized users supporting The Fire Works Co. businesses. PyroDesk is an internal business application, not a public accounting, legal or permitting service.
Limited permission to use
The provider grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use PyroDesk for approved company business while their access remains authorized. Ownership of the application is not transferred. No public subscription, purchase or payment obligation is created by this agreement.
Authorized accounts and responsibilities
Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Protect credentials, respect assigned roles, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload information you lack permission to use. Administrators may suspend or remove access when authorization ends or misuse is suspected.
Connected services
Google, QuickBooks Online, hosting and mail services are separate services subject to their own terms and permissions. An authorized administrator must approve connections. The current QuickBooks integration reads company and invoice information for verification and order cross-references; it does not create or edit accounting transactions. Service availability and access depend on those providers. Users may revoke connected-app access through the relevant provider.
Review operational outputs
Users remain responsible for checking imported information, invoice matches, extracted document text, dates, locations, permits and plans against authoritative records. A dashboard status, saved record, uploaded packet or internal approval is not proof that an agency has issued a permit, a client has signed a plan, a payment has settled, or a show may proceed. Obtain required professional and authority review. PyroDesk does not replace accounting, legal, engineering or regulatory judgment.
Data and privacy
Business records remain subject to the applicable organization’s rights and retention requirements. Application access does not grant ownership of another party’s information. Information handling is described in the PyroDesk Privacy Policy. Revoking a connection does not automatically delete imported records.
Availability and changes
Features may be revised, restricted or temporarily unavailable. The provider does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, automatic agency acceptance, or compatibility with every connected service. Maintain appropriate business continuity and review procedures. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
End of access and contact
Permission ends when the provider revokes authorization or the user is no longer authorized for company work. Ending access does not automatically erase retained business records. Questions about access, this agreement or the application should be directed to main@thefireworks.co. The provider may update this agreement by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
