PyroDesk Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

PyroDesk is a private operations workspace used by Pyro Productions Inc. and authorized personnel supporting The Fire Works Co. businesses. This policy covers information handled through PyroDesk, including its Google and QuickBooks connections. It does not replace the privacy policies of those providers or other company websites.

Information handled

PyroDesk handles staff account identifiers; customer and agency contact details; event names, dates, locations and order identifiers; permit records, uploaded documents and their extracted text; site plans; filing checklists; and activity and connection-status records. Documents may contain personal information supplied for business operations.

When an authorized administrator connects Google, the integration requests read-only access to Sheets and Drive metadata to read the configured orders spreadsheet and inspect the selected folder. Google folder-picker and shared-mail features have separate connection flows and permissions.

When connected to QuickBooks Online, the current integration reads company and invoice information to check the connection and cross-reference orders. Although Intuit’s accounting authorization scope is broader, the current PyroDesk integration does not create or edit accounting transactions. Connecting an account is not authorization to send a payment or submit a permit.

Purpose and access

Information is used to organize shows and permits, reconcile order and invoice references, support authorized business communications, and diagnose service problems. Access depends on application permissions and connected-account authorization. PyroDesk access does not by itself grant access to a mailbox.

Storage and service providers

The WordPress workspace runs on company-managed SiteGround hosting. Records and connection information are stored in the application’s databases. Uploaded packet content may also be stored in database-backed file parts. The application retains imported snapshots, saved records and activity history. Authorized hosting, Google, Intuit and mail services process information needed for their respective functions; their own terms and policies also apply. Information may be disclosed as required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Connection security

The application uses HTTPS and authenticated access controls. Server connection secrets are stored using application-level protection, and OAuth credentials support authorized access and renewal. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in show notes or support messages.

Retention, disconnection and requests

Business records remain available for ongoing operations, recordkeeping and applicable retention requirements. Disconnecting Google or QuickBooks stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase previously imported records or copies retained in backups. You can revoke app access using the provider’s connected-app controls. For access, correction, deletion or retention questions, contact the administrator at the address below; requests are reviewed subject to identity, authorization, legal obligations and operational requirements. This policy does not set a guaranteed deletion or response deadline.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Contact Pyro Productions Inc. / The Fire Works Co. at main@thefireworks.co about this policy or PyroDesk information handling.
